Top 5 Tips to Staying Injury Free
I love For Beginners Only; the advice has been very helpful! I’m a former college football player with multiple nagging injuries. I’ve tried over the years to stay in shape by playing basketball, flag football, running, and even Muay Thai kickboxing, but always end up sidelined. Something always hurt and I was always putting on weight rather than staying in shape because of my aches and pains. After an ACL injury, I took six months to heal and now I’m on week three of a beginner 5K plan. It’s going well and my body feels great.
What is my best path to follow to stay injury-free? Is there a top five list I can follow? (Simplicity is key!)
